Veteran-led small business week 

Facebook: It is Veteran-Led Small Business Week. For these service members, it is important that we set them up for success when opening a business.  

According to the State Outcome and Policy Report, Wisconsin is ranked dead last when it comes to microenterprise ownership rates. Microenterprises are small businesses that have nine or fewer employees. I will continue to work with organizations, like WWBIC, that provide veterans, women and people of color with resources. These investments are not only the right things to do, but they also strengthen the economy!

Facebook: Take a few minutes to read this great story about Operation Coffee–- a small, veteran-owned business based In Campbellsport. A percentage of their proceeds go toward helping veterans struggling with PTSD, depression and other illnesses.
